Dr. Lewis, MD has been serving patients in Oregon as a board-certified family physician since 2000. He was awarded his medical degree from the University of Utah in 1997, then completed a 3 year residency at the Saint Vincent Family Medicine Program in Erie, PA.

Dr. Lewis serves the medical community through leadership. He has served as Medical Staff President of Tuality Community Hospital, and chaired the Medical Executive Committee. Currently, Dr. Lewis is serving as Vice Chair for the Tuality Health Alliance Executive Board as well as an expert witness for the Oregon Medical Board.

He served on the Tuality Hospitals Board from 2008 to 2014. He has served as chair of the Tuality Hospital Quality Management Committee, and Family Practice Physician Group. He continues to serve the Hillsboro community as the team physician for Century High School’s football program since 2000.

When not seeing patients, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with his wife and three children. His interests include choral music, foreign language study, biometrics and robotics. He also enjoys using his free time to 3D print objects and tend his bees.
